现任辽宁师范大学教授（2025年晋升），入选“辽师学者”青年拔尖人才，主要从事数字化转型、环境管理、企业数字责任相关研究。研究获得国家自然科学基金项目资助，论文发表在Business Strategy and the Environment、Annals of Operations Research、Technology in Society、Journal of Cleaner Production等权威期刊，先后5篇入选ESI全球Top1%高被引论文，出版专著1部。受邀担任Journal of Business Ethics (FT50)、Business Strategy and the Environment、Annals of Operations Research、Journal of Cleaner Production、Sustainable Development等20余种SSCI、SCI期刊审稿人。任国际CIBES（The Conference on Current Issues in Business and Economics Studies）科学委员会委员、国家自然科学基金委同行评议专家、教育部研究生学位论文评审专家、大连市科技局项目评审专家，以及Front.
